I'm sorry you've had a bad string of luck with RNG. The drop rates of every crystal are posted before every purchase. Beyond that, everything is, as implied, randomly generated.14 -

The rewards for BG will be sent soon. Before sending them there is a manual combing of the leaderboards to remove any of the modders. This causes a buffer period before the rewards are distributed.3 -
